At Tijarah, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy return and refund process.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Some items such as personal care products, perishable goods, and custom orders are non-returnable.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Include your order number and photos of the item(s) received.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll refund via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash as per your preference.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
